At RallyBound, there is only one level of customer service: great. While certain custom, beyond-scope work may incur additional costs, all customer service and in-scope work is included in the license at no additional cost. Furthermore, all clients have the same access to our support and development team. We want everyone we work with to succeed and we want to always be there to help you do just that, whatever your questions.

RallyBound customers always receive support in a timely manner, and directly from our dedicated internal support staff. In addition to extensive help pages and learning materials on our support portal, new RallyBound clients receive a live walkthrough and training of the administrative panel of our system before their fundraising solution launches to the public. We also frequently request client feedback, and use that data to both help refine our products as well as processes.
